Dr.Floyd has operated on my hands twice and each visit, including today, he is personable and makes sure I understand my condition and my options. Both of my surgeries were successful in getting me out of pain. Dr Floyd explained the condition of the cyst on the top of my hand and how he would go about excising it. He also explained how long it would need to heal and I would wear a splint during this time. Dr Floyd is very friendly, compassionate and easy to understand. He was very professional and kind.
