I've been going to Dr. FLETCHERS office for awhile now, I've seen him twice, always someone different, recently my quality of care is lacking, they lost my xrays, never showed them to me, never followed up on what the xrayed showed,yet billed the heck outta my insurance. I have to continue my medication refills so I haven't changed doctors but I'm definitely not pleased with the service I get and the front end staff is RUDE.

I love all the doctors and nurses there. I have always felt welcome. The NEW PPL in the front of the office need to be let go or trained on how to answer the phone. One day I called the office I stayed on line for 4 minutes so I drive to the office on hold. When I get there I asked the front desk are you on the phone she replies no so I said so why am I on hold?Her answer was I am only one person. You are front desk ANSWER THE PHONE.

When I go to the doctor, I'd like to see real doctor. Not a nurse practitioner, I've been a patient for a very long time. It seems the patient care is no long the priority. It all about the productivity!!! I went in today with a sore throat, I can barely swallow, the pain is that bad. limpnodes swollen, massive headache, ears throbbing. Only to be told I have a virus. REALLY?!!!!! Obviously, this nurse practitioner doesn't know a virus from an infection.

i came in at 9:30 for a walk in appointment, and they were registering people in the system, but they told us to leave and come back at 10:30, so we did. it is currently, 12:30 and they are continuously saying that we still have one person in front of us, when we are the only people inside and outside of the office. i would assume that it’ll be roughly another hour before we even get the chance to go back. NOT HAPPY!

We are new to the area and my son was seen by Dr Fletcher at The After Hours Clinic...We were so impressed with what a great bedside manner he had and how thorough he was, that we plan to start seeing him as our primary care physician.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. David Fletcher every since he first opened his first office and have been very satisfied with him and all of his staff ...... They are very caring and take the time to find out what is wrong with you ...... You won't be sorry for changing to them as your primary care physician & will love them !!!!!!

Dr. Elaine Hodges is by far the rudest and least helpful doctor I have dealt with so far. She seemed to be in a rush, and she does not take the time to address all of your concerns, which in my opinion, is not the right job to be acting that way. She is very rude, and I like the doctor’s office but am not sure if I will be back if I have to see her again.

My Husband David, Who does not like going to Doctor loves Dr Hodges! Only Doctor he has seen with practice Thinks she is awesome! So Happy! We have refferred family and friends Love also! I have dealt with staff several times and always so nice and very informative! I am switching and coming tomorrow due to the kindness of one staff member in last few times I have called! Thank you all much!

I love Dr. Fletcher and his office. Over 10 years ago I was experiencing something I didn’t realize what I was going through and Dr. Fletcher figured it on my first visit after seeing many doctors I had Hypothyroidism. My life has been so much better now with the right the medications. Every time I go for a visit it’s always warm and friendly no matter who I see Tasha is my favorite though .. I say that they deserve all five stars!!

Dr. Fletcher, is the best doctor in Madison, Ga... I have been going to him for 13 years.. He's a very good doctor and has a very professional staff... I would most definitely recommend him to other people.. I must also say that Dr. Hodges, is also a very good doctor. I always get great service from them both and has never had to wait long.. Dr. Fletcher, takes time to listen and always knows the best approach to help you with any problems that you may be having.. Dr. Fletcher, is truly a great doctor and person.. Thanks!!!
