Everyone is friendly and cares about you and your wellbeing

This is a beautiful location and the staff seems to be very pleasant. However not requiring your staff or clientele to wear masks to protect their wellbeing seems irresponsible and inconsiderate of the pandemic were in. I was looking forward to the appointment and was under the impression all of the staff would wear a mask if requested but that was not the case. Again this is a beautiful place and I am sure they do more than exceptional work but I do not want to put my life or my familys life at risk due to the carelessness of this location.

Update March 5 2021 Seriously there are not enough stars on this scale. I joined for the entire year. I am getting three adjustments a week. I love the warm up exercises they really help with combating stress and getting you ready physically for the adjustment. I seriously get a huge endorphin rush EVERY SINGLE TIME I get adjusted. I was a phase 1 initially when I started. I know I am healing and changing and getting straighter already a lot. I had a little scoliosis where my muscles were overcompensating for crooked back and they were pulling my spine crooked in the left right way not front back way in a few different locations. Very strange. When I was young I broke a collarbone and I could see how it healed but it was still affecting my back muscles and sleep. It is really cool how you can see your xrays and see how your back has been affecting every part of your life. My one hip was higher than the other and my sacrum was twisted and rotated. One of my legs was shorter than the other. No wonder I was in pain. I just thought it was something that I had to bear and ignore. All these issues I had are getting better every time. They have awesome hand held machines that massage your muscles and help to put your back back in place. I feel so good there. They have Synchrony Care Credit you can sign up for 0% for 18 months. Very flexible on payment plans. Dr Nico. Dr Joe. Dr Sara. Julian and Rebecca and more. All amazing very positive upbeat professional educated friendly open to you individually. They truly really care about you. This is a special group of people. Seriously you need this in your life. I did not even realize I was in pain every single day. I just ignored it. I had vertigo and lost my balance about two years ago fell backwards on a glass table and had cracked some ribs that took a long time to heal. I was ashamed and embarrassed about it. I was living in pain every day. It finally got to the point where just being hurt. For years I had always serious reservations about chiropractic care. I heard the internet horror stories. I am now a true believer. You have to experience it to believe it. I know this sounds weird but everything about your life will be better. Your spiritual life your muscles your posture your outlook on life your sleep your work your brain everything I feel so good now I feel like I am floating. It is hard to describe. They took high tech xrays that dont have hardly any radiation. They pull up the xrays at every adjustment to know how to treat you. They educate you so you know what is going on. They update the xrays periodically. Very sanitary there are little bottles of hand sanitizer everywhere. Very modern facilities. I cant wait to get the massage. Flexible scheduling. Fit3D machine scan I cant wait to learn more about that. They leave it up to you if you want to wear a mask or not. Everyone is respectful of your space your personality and they are sympathetic to your situation.Update Feb 23 2021I had an inital consultation Feb 20th and it was absolutely wonderful. AMAZING I am blown away with the technology in this place. Updated stars from 1 to 5. Come to find out the phone number for my husband I Ieft in the message I found out later the messaging part was not working so the bad review it was my fault. Will update business review after my second appointmentfirst adjustment.Update Feb 11th 2021 There was a huge misunderstanding about the telephone. My husband later told me his number no longer takes messages. I left them a voicemail Monday Feb 15th 2021 requesting an appointment. Originally bought as a gift for my husband but I decided to use the Groupon ticket myself since the gift idea was not working well with communication mess up.

This place is unsafe. Both patients and staff come in and work maskless Very scary

Dr. Nico and Dr. Joe are great Especially with my wife who is pregnant.

This place is great I was in so much pain when I was pregnant and they listened to my concern and treated what I asked for excellent facility
