Our family was truly blessed to have Affinity Hospice care for our beloved Raymond Kulich. He began his hospice journey with the Marietta office, and as his condition declined, the team guided us with compassion and helped transition him to an assisted living facility. Their support during this time was exceptional. When he moved to the facility, his care was seamlessly transitioned to the Canton team. Throughout the entire experience, Raymond received 5-star care. The staff was consistent, communication was excellent, and we always felt informed and supported. Most importantly, Affinity never failed us. They stood by our side with love, dignity, and unwavering compassion during some of our most difficult days. Affinity truly became part of our family. Many team members even joined us for his celebration of life, a gesture that meant the world to us. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! They don’t have nurses to take care of their patients!! They use nurses from their other offices or through a staffing company so you never know who is coming to see your loved one or when and they know nothing about your loved one. They don’t have staff, they don’t have a manager or director and I don’t see how they can take on new patients knowing they can’t care for them properly. There are so many other great choices for hospice agencies. Stay away! ZERO stars.

First person that described their services was great. The actual services provided was much different It was very hard to reach a nurse when they were needed. I would not recommend using this company

We had a few good nurses and techs but we had a bad overall experience with Affinity hospice, we didn't get our medications in a timely fashion, supplies or end of life kit. We had to ask for the supplies we needed. We waited hours one day to get the pain medication we needed after multiple calls, the nurses were shocked and saddened. I would never want anyone to go through what we did.

I don't normally leave online reviews, but this experience warranted one. We just lost our son to brain cancer and affinity Marietta was our hospice provider. The team we had were the best. They were kind, understanding, and very caring for our son and us. These people deserve special recognition, Leslie, our r.n., Samantha, our social worker, and her husband Devon, and Joy, the nurse that came out the day of his death. Y'all are truly angels in disguise.

This hospice is fabulous. They come out however many days I want. If I have emergency or just need someone the on call nurse comes out. They are very dependable. They are genuinely good and want to help. I am so glad my doctor referred them. Just a blessing.

We cannot say enough about this company! I believe they're the only one that offers 24 hour continuous care by nurses. We did have a personality conflict with one of the nurses which was promptly handled to our complete satisfaction very professionally. They not only cared for my father in law but the rest of us as well. This is a situation that is tough on all of us. All we want is for our loved one to transition peacefully without pain. The staff not only met but exceeded all of our wishes. Please call on them, you will not be disappointed.

I can't say enough good things about Bridgeway Hospice. From the moment they first arrived at our home our family felt like a huge weight was lifted from our shoulders. The hospice care team stepped in immediately and allowed our family to focus on the precious time we had left with Bob. Because of the loving care and respect they gave my husband, he passed from this world with no pain, agony or fear, surrounded by the family he loved. After his death, we were left with all the feelings of sadness and grief but we also we felt the comfort of sharing the peaceful closure of the life of someone we loved. Months later as we move through the our lose and grief, we still find a peace that was made possible by the extraordinary care provide to our family by Bridgeway Hospice.

We have had a great experience with Bridgeway and its employees, everyone has been respectful and responsive when needed. Would use again and recommend.
