The people at Agape were 1st rate! As hard as it was having to call hospice in for a loved one the nurses and , chaplain made this so much easier they were all so caring and compassionate and supportive of me and my family. They are all definitely Angels to us!

DO NOT USE. Unfortunately, this hospice does not screen its employees well and my mother was exposed to a very dangerous situation. Do your homework first and gather referrals from those you trust. Trusting your loved one with a non-reputable company is putting your loved one at risk.

13 years ago agape was there for my father. They were amazing! I can't remember everyones name but that was an awful time for me. I was the only one there to assist my dad. They showed up, gave me a break. Helped with house chores, helped with everything! Now I'm trusting them with my mother. It's only been 1 day, so I can't say anything yet about my new experience. We came home from the hospital with another company. It was horrible! I called agape and they got busy! Jennifer, our nurse, got right on things not addressed but the former company. LARRY, brought our equipment and I'm telling you I wish he could come by everyday! Amazing spirit and so helpful! Even supplied us with enough oxygen in case power went out...keep that in mind for your loved one. Have more than 1 reserve tank! Old company delivered 1, promised more, waited a month, nothing. And our agape is out of Athens area.

The staff at Agape Hospice are caring and compassionate professionals. Losing a loved one is an extremely stressful experience and this team brought peace and comfort.

The Agape Hospice team I have experienced has been wonderful. In my line of work , I am always looking for a caring hospice company. They take their time and make sure the resident and their family members feel comfort during the difficult times when hospice is needed.

Agape is amazing, they took care of my mom that they all called Memaw and made her feel so special. We were so blessed to have them during this difficult time in our life. Her main nurse was such a blessing, thank you Bless for everything. I pray that agape realizes what an amazing person they have in Bless. Thank you again for everything

My identical twin is on hospice with Agape and they have treated her badly. Her oxygen machine quit at 3 am and when she called her nurse she was told it would have to wait till next day. it was noon the next day before they came and gave a replacement. when she was sick the nurse wouldn't come out said she would send someone else who didn't even show till 6 hours later ! And the lady who comes and bathes her doesn't even show up some weeks . She had to get a family member to come bathe her . They are not nice. Except for the Chaplin the Chaplin actually is great .

Once my elderly mother's in home nursing benefits were expiring due to her declining health, we needed to choose the hospice level of care. Agape already had a wonderful reputation at her independent senior living facility so we felt comfortable choosing them for our mother. From the very first Family Services professional that contacted us to get Mom's account established, we were introduced to so many wonderful, caring team members. Other than the nursing house calls, they offer such a variety of additional services services, from a social worker to a chaplain. Every single person we came into contact with was professional, kind caring and made mom's end of life transition easier to bear.

The Agape team displayed compassion and attention to details from the moment the liaison Bridget was involved in setting up care at the hospital. End of life care is a very stressful and sad time and this team made a difficult time much easier for all involved.
