Allison Dublin's Online Review Report Card

I like Dr. Dublin and her work but the clinic is a disaster and I am being as kind as possible in saying that. This institution doesn’t have a clue in the world how to schedule appointments. The entire time I was dealing with getting my eyes cared for there my appointments were messed up. They were never scheduled and kept to that schedule. They would change and change again and then I would arrive only to find out it was changed yet again. Absolutely absurd and none sensitive. It was so rude because I wouldn’t even receive a phone call that my appointments were changed. So I am finished with this absurdly rude, thoughtless and unkind outfit!

Dr. Dublin is well informed about glaucoma conditions and treatments. She explains tests and procedures in layman's terms, and provides options. She is compassionate and sympathetic. I trust her to advise the best course of treatment for my glaucoma.

I have narrow angle glaucoma and have consulted with 4 separate surgeons regarding the options as well as having procedures performed. I had one procedure performed that was unsuccessful by another doctor . I was delighted to find Dr Dublin! She was very knowledgeable in the latest medicine and has a fantastic Manor in working with patients! Thank you Allison for performing a very successful procedure on my eye and for all of your help! If you are in need of an opthamologist dr. Dublin is the Dr! :-)

There are so many complimentary comments that I would like to make about Dr. Dublin. Doctors like this amazing young woman are hard to find. She's a brilliant surgeon who actually saved the vision in my left eye. She's kind, sweet, and an extremely caring doctor who actually listens to your concerns and spends time with you when you come for an appointment. She's very likable, and my husband and I are so fond of her. She should be a benchmark for other doctors where her patient care is concerned. I trust her implicitly with my eye health and highly recommend her.

I was Dr Dublin's patient in Houston in 2014 and she treated me and performed surgery for a condition called hypotony maculopathy (pressure in the eye goes to zero and retina folds up). She did her best to correct my problem with medical and laser...but ended up doing surgery. Three years later I have now stopped my prednisone drops that were keeping the eye pressure high to flatten out the retina...and my IOP measured 15 today. Her work is amazing and I wanted to thank her for her expertise.

Caring and understanding. Provides structured treatment plan. Well rounded treatment including surgery, office procedures and testing for glocoma. Very long wait time even if you have appointments.
