Felt this man was so dismissive of my symptoms and MRI results. First time I saw him he told me I needed to wait for my shoulder injury to heal before he could help. I went back because the severity of my pain and again very dismissive. Really didn’t attempt to even hear me out. My daughter even stated he was such an arrogant doctor. I don’t normally do reviews, but when you need something medically addressed and you’re in pain and a doctor just dismisses everything it feels unjust. Right after I left his office I called a different doctor who had time at that moment. I went and have herniated discs along with bulging discs in my cervical spine and lumbar spine. Along with other issues. I would not recommend him to anyone of my friends or family.

I am so impressed with Dr Patel. He did a 10 hour surgery on my back and I’ve never felt better. He takes time in his office and explains things and make sure that I understand everything that he is saying. The lady at the front desk and his technicians are always friendly.

It took me almost 35 minutes to find a parking spot and which caused me to be late for my appointment. This office is located in a area that is 100 percent car dependent and they just a few parking spot available for patients. I will have to make several visits to Piedmont Othoprdices to properly evaluate their services but I still have questions about their pain management procedures for black and brown people which has left me with a few questions that I still need answers to.

I saw Dr Patel today for the 1st time & he was absolutely awesome. The whole team is fantabulous!!!! So professional but in a family like way. Thanks y'all for making a nervous trip an enjoyable trip.
