If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. The office is incredibly unorganized, and the wait times are absurd. If you have a family of two or more, prepare to wait in the office for over three hours. The scheduling system is completely flawed. I’ve heard whispers among the staff that there’s no manager on duty, leaving only the doctor and the doctor, who is never available. As a parent of a child with special needs, I was shocked to discover that this office charges additional fees for such children. The back office staff lacks experience and takes excessively long to perform X-rays. They often take multiple X-rays because they can’t seem to get them right. Furthermore, you sign a treatment plan for one price, but when you return on the day of treatment, the price suddenly increases, even though my child is already in the chair undergoing the treatment. Since Dr. Kreiger retired, this office has significantly deteriorated. I must say, this will be my last visit. Please heed my advice and avoid wasting your time and money with this office.

What a great first visit! This was my daughter’s first time seeing the dentist and at 16 months, I was nervous about how it would go, but the staff and dentist were so supportive and kind; talked me through the procedure and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns! Would highly recommend Atlanta Pediatric Dental Specialists!

My daughter has had some really bad experiences with dentists in the past and is quite difficult at this point to get through a simple X-ray and Dr. Gulati worked her in today to replace a crown and was so patient with her and so good with helping her through the process. We have learned from each of our visits there and really appreciate the care she provides.

Can't say enough good things about this practice. They are there whenever you need them. Emergencies and day to day. Always greeted with a smile. I've heard people say there is sometimes a wait. I see them do difficult work with very special cases--anxiety, painful, and sometimes children with special needs who need more time. I'm glad there are people like this committed to the very best in dentistry.

The staff and doctor are amazing. Detailed, personable and just all around really dedicated to making sure your child is taken care of. My only complaint is, because they are so thorough, they are often behind so you have to wait long periods in the waiting room. Overall, we will continue to use this practice due to their excellent care, but will need to be more strategic about our scheduling.

Let me just tell you our experience was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! Char & Keisha were the absolute best in making my son feel safe! Took time to clam him when they noticed he was getting upset & walked him right through what they needed!!! Dr Gulati was amazing in talking to my son & assuring him he was safe with her!!! For the 1st time in 5yrs there were no tears at the dentist!!!!

I absolutely love this office! Dr. Gulati was so patient and informative with my daughter and me. From the moment we walked in, Dr. Gulati, Janiya, and Leslie greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. It’s such a great feeling to receive care in a place where you feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I’ve decided to switch my daughter’s dentist and keep her in the trusted hands of Dr. Gulati. Thank you all so much!
