Dr Smallwood gave me her full attention and educated me on all of my options. She allowed me to choose what I was most comfortable with and it was important to her that I ask any and all questions I had. I am already a fan of Dr Smallwood after just one visit. I have already recommended her to friends.

Great Doctor and Staff

The care at this facility given by Dr Smallwood is impeccable. My concerns are always answered in a timely manner. Seven yrs strong and plan on continuing my service here.

This was a routine visit, and my first with Dr. Smallwood. She is capable, thorough and understanding. She asked great questions and some were challenging, which I found important in her evaluation of my situation. I would highly recommend her.

Everyone hate going to the doctor, but seeing Dr. Smallwood is a pleasure. She never rushes you. She really listens to you. I feel at ease with her, and don't dread it too much doing to see her.

Dr. Smallwood and her staff and assistants always give me ample time and listen carefully to my concerns. Dr. Smallwood explores all avenues in diagnosing my situation. I have utmost confidence in her.

I though Dr. Smallwood was a great family doctor until I got an appointment as was told I had to wear a mask, Dr. Smallwood knows the issues I have and cannot wear a mask. I needed to get blood drawn, the receptionist said I should do a televisit, when asked how I was going to get blood drawn through my computer she got flustered and said I'll call you back. Then they offered to let me wait in my truck and walk back when it was my time, but I still had to wear a mask for the blood draw, it's like they don't even listen. The I get a call and an explanation saying this office is in strict adherence to CDC guidelines, so I asked about the mask exemption guideline from the CDC was told she would check in to it. 3 weeks later still haven't heard anything back. From these interactions I am really questioning the competency of every one who works in that office. It seems like no one has a clue what they're doing. Stay away from this office.

Horredous, I was offered a televisit for a blood draw, was told the clinic was in the strictest adherence to CDC guidelines, yet when I asked if that also meant the CDC guidelines on people exempt from wearing a mask the receptionist got flustered, claimed she had to ask someone and would get right back to me, 3 weeks later and Ive heard nothing. The people who work here are more concerned of a virus with a less than .04% mortality rate and a less than 1% chance of contracting the virus than they are with actually helping people with illnesses, injuries and diseases that have 100 to 1000% more of a chance of killing them. Would not reccomend until they can prove theyre more concerned with helping people with these disease than they are of a virus that barely registers in terms of being contagious or deadly.

I have taken my son twice with appointments a year apart to this doctor for what would be his first appointment for a physical with her. Both times confirmed the appointment and showed up at appointment time. Both times the doctor never showed up for work that day. Don’t use this doctor. At no point did she even contact me to apologize for a no show. Staff unable to cover appointment or fix her unprofessional behavior on her behalf.
