Dr. Morris is very nice and helpful, however the office staff is a very different story. Both my insurance and myself called on several occasions but no one would answer or return our calls. They created extra charges that should have been covered by insurance and even tried to say they did not accept my insurance even though my insurance confirmed that they were in network and was willing to pay.

Dr. Morris and her staff at North Atlanta Primary care are excellent. I was in need of a new primary care physician last year and was fortunate enough to find Dr. Morris. I find her to be very smart, skilled in women's health issues and she really listens and cares about her patients. She is also quick to respond to any questions or needs I have through the patient portal the practice offers, and always calls me directly with test results. Thanks Dr. Morris and the staff at NAPC!
