La doctora es muy buena gente te atiende bien pero el problema hay una de las recepcionistas no tiene ética para atenderte es muy grosera y no le importa que le pongas queja, especial mente con los hispanos no lo recomiendo porque ella te descrimina así raza si los atiende bien por eso no lo recomiendo porque no tiene modo para atender

I was waiting with 2 kids one of them was new born. Outside of the office 30 min and 40 minutes inside. She doesn't really care about your time. She take care of all patients who was before us. After i started complaining she came in 10 minutes. Don't waste your time

the receptionist is the most unprofessional ,unsympathetic , ill mannered individual i have ever experienced when dealing with children's healthcare. she should be fired her and her nasty attitude should go work at waffle house maybe thatll be more suitable

Dr. Burton is always informative. She is by far one of the best ENT have come across. My daughter has surgery about 3 years ago and is still doing great. Thank you Dr. Burton

I liked the staff, they were all very friendly, however, I did not care for Dr. Burton. She was rude and talked down to me, and I felt like because I look young I was treated differently. I am 28 years old and just because I look like I may be in my teens I shouldn't be treated differently than anyone else wanting to help their child.

Dr Burton is amazing. My 7 yr old son loves her and the care she provided was absouluty amazing. She's very knowledgeable and very professional 🖒🖒

Dr Burton is awesome! I was so tired of other doctors throwing an antibiotic at my now 8 year old and sending me on my not so merry way. When I met with Dr Burton the first time and told her my son's sinus problem history, she immediately took all the necessary steps to get to the root of the problem and then we addressed it. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Burton is fantastic. She checked over my 1 year old and told me why she needed tubes and what I could do at home to help the healing process. The surgery went very well and she answered all of my questions, had a smile and gave me so much more confidence.
