If I could give this office no stars I would. I have been without my RESCUE inhaler for at least a month now and several other medications that I’m in need of.Dr Reddys nurse never answers her phone and neither does he. Do not choose this Dr if you’re looking around. Go somewhere and save yourself the trouble

I finally found a doctor that I really like and trust. Dr Devender Reddy takes the time to answer any questions that you have and provides great service.

Dr. Reddy and his nurse and assistant and the lab folks were excellent. Significant issues with getting my prescriptions to the correct pharmacy. I had the correct pharmacy in MyChart but somehow elsewhere in the system they had an old pharmacy and they sent my 3 prescriptions there. They refuse to even speak to you about anything pharmacy or prescription related and say you have to go through your pharmacy. So, I had to spend all afternoon on the phone between two pharmacies to get the clinic's error corrected myself because the clinic's "policy" is not to speak to you about prescriptions or prescription refills. Because I was not able to speak to a real person to even get the old pharmacy out of the system, it is still in there! Apparently, it ignores what is correct in MyChart and uses something else?! Result of all of this as I was not able to start the antibiotic until the next day that my Dr. wanted me to start the day of my visit. This is unacceptable.

Went to Dr. Reddy asking him to do bloodwork to check my vitamin D level, as I have a history of deficiency and was concerned it was low again. He refused, stating that only people in third world countries have vitamin deficiencies, and it's not a real thing in America. Yeah, that's really what he said. I had to go see another doctor, who discovered that yes, my vitamin D had dropped severely low again. Needless to say, I never went back to Dr. Reddy.
