I was schedule for a procedure with this practice. After I was already fasting Carrie from the Jasper location called to tell me my procedure was canceled and tried to reschedule me for two weeks out. When I shared that it was a procedure for symptoms and not a routine screening she became defensive and started blaming me for not coming in as soon as my symptoms started. I liked the doctors her but I will likely change providers because childish approach to addressing patient concerns. worthless
