Dr. Locandro is very honest. He could have opted for surgery for the broken bones in my face but he said it wasn't necessary and they I would heal myself. Since he's a surgeon, that would have meant more money but he still maintained it wasn't necessary. That's the sign of a really good doctor.

Upon the moment he entered the exam room, I was greeted with a condescending "You KNOW there isn't anything that can be done about tinnitus no matter what you've heard". I was slightly stunned. This was my first adult hearing test, so I wasn't 100% sure I even HAD tinnitus..and why would you give me a hard time about an appointment that I am PAYING FOR? The doctor had fairly poor bedside manor to say the least. Another complaint was snoring and he said my throat looked normal and to see what my sleep medicine doctor had to say. Thirdly, I had a complaint about ear pain and he brushed it off after a quick look in my ears. Fast forward to friday 2/24..I had to go to urgent care due to EXTREMELY bad ear pain and had an infection. I was prescribed antibiotics, steroid ear drops and pain medication. This could have been prevented if Dr Locandro and taken me seriously and paid attention to his patient's complaint. This is why I will highly recommend anyone needing an ENT go ANYWHERE else.

Great Doctor, got my turbinates reduced. The wait was brief & The staff was even friendly. He even took the time to see me a second time passed my scheduled appointment. So overall a very nice guy.

Dr. Locandro showed no interest in my concerns, came into the examining room already sure that he would be unable to help me. I had been told to expect vestibular testing and evaluation. Dr. Locandro conducted only what I believe is called the roll test, nothing else. Basically I felt that he had just blown me off, told me I should go to an expert - but could not tell me to whom or for what. I left the practice somehow ashamed, and angry.
