Dr. Nadolne is an ok doctor he is not the issue. The office never answers the phone and they do not respond to their on-line requests for prescriptions. There are many doctors to choose from and after 4 years of frustration with the office I made a personal decision to change doctors.

Honestly worst doctors office. Rarely anyone answers the phones during open hours and when I get there for an appointment it takes 30 minutes just to get out of the waiting office then another 30 minutes before a doctor comes into your room. Dr nadone or whoever has little care for his patients and will cut you off the required medication you need just because you forget to take it every single day. The staff here sucks and the doctors are awful. If you can just find another doctor to go to because that’s definitely what I’m doing. (If I could give 0 stars I would)

Oct 1st 2020 went for a follow up, being in pain for 7 months from a work related injury. Only to be told they can't find the source of my pain, the problem so to speak. Told me to do a follow up with my primary to get a second opinion. They also lied on my paper work stating I wasn't sure how the accident happened but I think it was from ect. I told them to there face it happened at work and how it happened so why lie to my claims adjuster? If you have a workers comp case and have to go here I would strongly recommend you find other accommodations. They will lie and throw you under the bus to save face with the insurer. The care in this practice has become less than acceptable since Dr Gokki left. I was her patient for at least 7 years. I saw the PA last Thursday. The PA told me to come back if I wasn’t better in the next 5 days. When I called to come back the PA would not see me because I had not gotten better and I should go to an Urgent Care. If that was going to be her response she could have told me and I would not have waited till after the weekend.Their phone message says they open at 7:30. I called at least 8 times and did not get an answer till after 8.I had already decided to leave this practice because of an interaction with Dr Nadolene. My next Dr visit will not be with this office.

went for an annual check and didnt even get to see the doctor.

This is a tough rating to give. I think Dr. Nadolne is great. He is attentive and spends an appropriate amount of time with his patients to provide good analysis and service. He gets five stars. However, I do not feel the same about the entire patient experience. I do not feel the office staff sees their patients as customers. You have to go through multiple recorded messages when you call in. Typically, you will have to leave a message. You are not likely to get a call back in a timely manner. I cannot give my experience with the office the same high rating.

I had been here before to get a medical before foot surgery. I then had to get signed off for recent eye surgery just a few months later. I was told there was NO charge just to get the form signed. I went in to have it done quickly and saw the Dr. lady. I confirmed at that time there would be NO charge just for the form. I then get an $80 bill and it has been a nightmare to get this simple charge waived. Still not done upon repeated requests. If they can't provide this slightest degree of customer service to keep their word, I truly now question their medical ability when it comes to my health. I will NOT be going back. I suggest you find another doctor. You don't want to take chances on your health or incorrect billing.

This place is pretty good. Dr. Nedoni knows what he is doing. Very knowledgeable and will treat you to the best that he can.

I took my son who has some major medical life challenges to see Dr. Brian K. Nadolne, M.D. He has been spectacular in his energy, positivity, determination and excellence. We have seen MANY doctors over the years and Dr. Nadolne has stood out above the rest.

I've been here twice, as I'm 19 and just switched from seeing a pediatrician. I chose this place because it's right by my house but I will continue my search elsewhere. I saw Dr Gokki the first time because I was having trouble swallowing and felt like my throat was swollen. she quickly examined my throat and said "you must have swallowed too hard." Like what???? That was that and she rushed on her way. My last appointment was because of frequent chest pain, later diagnosed as costochondritis. I had already kind of self diagnosed and mentioned that I thought that was all it was to her. She seemed so rushed and didn't really listen to me and said "yep sounds like costochondritis!" And then rushed off again. She just doesn't seem to really care. I'm pre med and I will always care about actually listening and spending time with my patients!
