I honestly feel like everything was money-driven and not true care for my son. I believe that they used his insecurity as something for them to profit from. How do you give prescriptions without doing more blood work to see if/what is truly working. It saddens me to this day that we wasted so much time with this facility. Care should always come first. Make sure you are seen and heard during every visit. We will never go back here, nor will I recommend this facility.
I had an amazing experience with Brooke. Her expertise and product knowledge is truly impressive. She took the time to understand my skin type and concerns, and recommended products and a plan/regime that has worked wonders for the health of my skin. My skin has never looked better, and I can’t wait for my next appointment! Highly recommend Brooke to anyone looking for personalized, goal oriented skincare.
I highly recommend Brooke for anyone seeking functional medicine expertise and bio-identification hormone therapy. She brings a deep understanding of these areas and applies it with a personalized approach that truly makes a difference. Brooke's dedication to her clients' well-being is evident in her thorough assessments and thoughtful recommendations. Her passion for holistic health shines through in every interaction, making her an invaluable resource for anyone on their wellness journey.
Dr. Flowers saved my life. During an exam, Dr Flowers heard a heart murmur that was previously undetected. The condition was confirmed by a cardiologist and I had a valve replacement. Now I am doing great and headed back to see Dr Flowers ; ). With all the options and ads, I ONLY trust Dr Flowers.
If you are considering reaching out this practice and willing to use your savings or making a huge financial effort by paying out of pocket their very expensive fees, read this first… Almost 3 years ago, my desperation about finding balance and improve my health leaded me to approach this practice. I knew it was going to be an out of pocket expense , even though I had health insurance, but again I needed help to feel better since the internal medicine doctors under my health insurance were useless and seems to be more interested on "label" me as a sick person and put me on every medicine under the sky. After almost $6,000 dollars paid in "retainer" fees + very expensive lab tests/hormone tests (average of 500 per visit ) , I decided to provide feedback to this practice. I had already pointed out via phone almost 4 months ago that in almost 3 years , no one ever called me to check on me, no one ever followed up on me to see how I was doing , so customer service was very deficient, and every time I will call the practice it was all about you need to come over and spend more money wanting me to have lab tests every 3 months. The "retainer" fee of $350 /every 3 months apparently did not offer anything else...not even 1 wellness benefit, which I know they offer separately , of any kind nor included any service or discount percentage against my tests/labs. I realized that the retainer was pretty much just having the "right" to reach out the practice and that was it. I sent the email with the feedback , and all I got back today was : " I will cancel it , have a good day".. I guess the response should have not surprised me. Such a careless response simply confirmed to me that they didn't mind at all loosing me as a patient nor reflected the most minimum intention of keeping me as a customer and/or improve the service. I am aware that rich people in metro Atlanta might be able to pay their fees and feel just fine with it, but it is just un-ethical to treat /assume that it is the same for all your patients. I have nothing against the personnel as people , but after looking at my situation with the statements in hand, the quality of service received vs the high cost that I have paid as a patient and the results do not compensate. For the amount of money paid , the practice could have offered much more and specially truly show the patients that they genuinely care and that is not all about the money.

I have nothing against the personnel as people , but the way the practice is being run to make a patient feel hears and that their financial efforts are well worth it , is inexistent.
This place is awesome. Really high quality aesthetic services. Brooke the aesthetician is the best.
Very very expensive. I am a bit better than when I began two years ago. I tried pretty much everything that was recommended to me. Some things made me sicker. For instance, I tried to argue that the vitamin infusion that they highly recommend made me very very ill. I sometimes didn't feel heard. After three times and a waste of $1200 and being in bed from it, I finally decided to listen to myself and stop doing it. I struggle with chronic migraines and whenever I had a cluster of bad migraines I was told to take more vitamins, which never worked for me. But two years later I finally stopped asking. I still struggle fairly regularly. I left the practice because my plan of care had not changed much and I ask if the doctor would write a prescription for the medication I had been taking since day one until I got in to see my primary care physician. He refused and said I needed to pay the $350 retainer fee, which is now $400. I also asked if there was anything else I could take that was natural or over the counter if I run out and was then ignored. In the past I referred people to this practice who have been frustrated with and enormous bills they weren't aware they were going to accrue. Additionally, I would caution people who are prescribe meds sent to a compounding pharmacy as they might not be FDA approved nor good for you. I discovered that once I left the practice. Best of luck to people who choose this practice.
The personalized nutrients given after performing my micronutrient testing make me feel so much better and cut my number of pills taken per day in half. They take a holistic approach to medicine, and in less than a month after them giving me a wake up call about my health, I’ve lost 30 pounds following their nutrient and diet guidelines and the exercise protocol. If you want a doctor who can help with everything you could imagine and comes up with solutions, this is the practice you want to use. I drive from out of town just to do my quarterly appointments and I wouldn’t trade that time for anything.
Wonderful experience!! The staff is extremely friendly, educational and helpful. The testing was so extensive and detailed, much more so than most facilities perform. The providers examined every aspect of my body to perfectly formulate a plan for healthy day-to-day nutrition/supplements/vitamins specific to me. I have a better understanding of what my body needs to naturally be whole, and I will highly recommend the same to my family and close friends!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
