Very disappointed in the communication and followup from this practice. My daughter had surgery last month and no one called in the days following to check on her. I was told that she needed an ultrasound a month after the surgery and have called two times to schedule an appointment and no one can seem to help me.

I will never come back here again. I loved the visit with the doctor but then later found out the doctor sent my urine to Pacific Edge Diagnosis CXbladder and it wasnt covered by Cigna and it was $3000. Cigna said basically it was experimental the codes not even covered. I didnt sign anything saying my urine could be sent out for $3000 testing if I was told that I would have never done it. It was sent also to another lab out of network Cigna told me that left me with another $1800 bill. Before I came to this doctors office I made sure that it was in network I took my time because I used to work in corporate billing and the medical field for over 12 years. I am so upset my husband and I battled Covid this year along with infertility and I just dont have almost $5000 considering Im not working right now. I just dont see how the office could do this to people. I talked to billing in this office and they told me that I most likely wont receive a bill from the labs. I found that very hard to be true why does it show Cigna denying my claim youre telling me Im not going to get a bill. I guess from now on I will ask billing how they build before I even go see future doctors.

Really apreciate and love their customer service and for our appoinment day we dont even stay pass the an hour there.Thank you

Great service and care

I was told to go get an xray done but an ultrasound would be better if I can because that would probably be what they end up needing anyway. I went two days later and got the ultrasound. Then I waited and waited and waited sent messages through patient portal asking if they got the test nothing. So I waited and waited. The whole time I already know I have kidney stones because the technician showed me where they were. So I sent another message through the patient portal after over two weeks of nothing I called and waited on hold for I dont know how long finally a nurse answered and as predicted she said they are very busy and short staffed and hadnt even looked at my test results yet. Then she said oh you need an xray too before we can let you know anything. I have the worst eyes and I can see them Why do you need an xray? I have never had to do this before. How much time and money do you intend on me wasting? Im over it. Over three weeks later and nothing from them. This is the absolute worst treatment I have ever been through by a doctor and being a Type 1 diabetic I have a lot of doctors I have to see. I do not intend on ever seeing this group ever again. I guess Im going to waste more time and more money going to see someone else. Now I have to explain to my insurance company why Im going through this again. A month later with kidney stones because they are too busy to bother with patients.

The doc amp nurses have been working with my elderly family member on cancer treatment for a year now. If I gave a rating strictly for them it would be 4.5 stars though the doc does keep us constantly waiting. The office staff here in Marietta amp Canton are unprofessional uncoordinated  amp have messed up schedule appointments 4 times during our many visits over a year. Today when told I showed up early his appointment is next week I again produced a card with Todays date and time. They claimed it was a computer issue. So its a 1 star for office staff and 4.5 star for medical folks leading to a 3 star overall. We were refered to this group by our GP amp he was right about good docs but it does come with a little hassle.

Carrie was great I was very nervous before I got there and she made me feel very comfortable. She went over every option the procedure and what to expect after surgery.

Dr. Shaya Taghechian has been a life saver for us. She invests herself into her patients looking for answers and researching solutions. She and her staff are both professional and friendly. We are thankful for Georgia Urology.

Dr. Taghechian was great. The practice was great and respected my appointment time. I was NOT asked to wait in the big room and then in the small room for 45 minutes like most practices. Dr. Taghechian also has a great bedside manner answered all my question and put me at ease.
