I had a new visit appointment and that was fine. Trying to reach them by phone is just about impossible to do. Also they did not provide me access to the patient portal while I was there. You have to call them to gain access. Circles... Re their response that they would contact me. I never heard back from them. I am not surprise based on my prior attempts.

Dr. Elmore has seen our baby since he was a few weeks old. He is very knowledgeable and great at explaining things. We are blessed we ended up at his practice. Will recommend him to anyone that needs a great Pediatric Urologist

The Dr was very knowledgeable however they require procedures to be done at their surgical center that can possibly be done in the office so the cost is much higher AND they require you pay 13 to 12 of the cost of the procedure up front even if you have insurance. So for an 89 year old patient $400.00 is NOT in the monthly budget. This is how medical practices get thru loopholes to collect more money for procedures that insurance companies have already approved. It’s terrible how some medical practices operate and take advantage of patients.

Dr. Hebert and her staff deliver compassionate and respectful care. Highly recommend.

Utter rip off artists. They just run you through test after test with no end in sight and charge HUGE amounts for what amounts to 15 mins worth of time. Ive been seeing Kristi Herbert after seeing Warren Oberle who charged $314 for 5 mins worth of HIS time only to tell me he wasnt the right doctor and I needed to see this other doctor. Dr. Herbert has just been ordering up every test she can think of stretched out over months and just keeps raking in the cash while Ive had ZERO resolution to my problems. This is some kind of game to them...just keep sending bills to see how long patients will shell out cash while seeing no improvement in the problem.THIS is exactly why people think doctors are con artists. They have no shame. They just bill astronomical amounts and get paid from all directions while spending miniscule amounts of time actually working. Im done. Ill live with my issue rather than keep getting bills from them for not actually fixing anything. Would you pay your mechanic if you first went and saw him in July and its now October and your car still doesnt work right?

I had a problem for over 20 years. Dr. Kristi Hebert has changed my quality of life . I highly recommend Dr. Hebert. Not only is Dr. Hebert a fantastic doctor she she’s a wonderful person. Everyone in her office is very friendly and considerate . Once again if you need a urologist or a second opinion don’t hesitate to call Dr. Kristi Hebert’s office .

I was referred to Dr. Hebert’s office after an emergency hospital visit. After consultation with Dr. Hebert I was put at ease that she could help me and provide me with permanent relief of the problem that had acquainted us with each other. Her surgery skills and post operatives care has proven a God sent. She has constantly provided me with information on what was happening and made sure that I was doing great. I would highly recommend Dr. Hebert to anyone in need of her services. To say she is superb would be an understatement she is truly spectacular

I was referred to Georgia Urology by my primary care physician. I live in Talking Rock but I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Kristi Hebert in the East Cobb Office. She was wellworth the extra drive She was very knowledgeable concerned and took her time explaining why I was experiencing certain symptoms and answering my questions The office staff and nursing staff were very professional compassionate and friendly I left the office feeling very pleased with my visit
