NEVER TRUST THESE DOCTORS TOLD US MY HUSBAND HAD PRECANCEROUS CELLS BUT NOT CANCER AND NOT TO WORRY. When you fill out insurance forms they ask if you had cancer to the best of your knowledge. When you answer and say no because the Doctors say PreCancerous and the insurance company says ok. Then when you go into the hospital and they check your records and say no you had cancer and GI specialists have that in their records. What happens THE INSURANCE CANCELS YOU AND YOUR JUST SCREWED. THANKS FOR NOTHING

I saw Dr. Cardenas and the actual procedure and staff at the endoscopy center were great it was after that was horrible. I tried for days to reach anyone in the practice to get a copy of my labs resorting to having to send messages through the portal. Was told repeatedly that the results had been loaded into the portal which they were not. Finally was told that i have to be on a desk top version not a mobile device to see the results. That was incorrect as well. they did offer to mail the results guessing that will be a blank piece of paper if the portal info is any indication. what good is a portal if the information is not available

I really liked the doctor I saw. However your practice needs a lot to be desired. Im in the medical field .I cannot believe since I couldnt get into your portal I was not given my results of my lab work. I even went to your office and you couldnt get me into the portal. I was going on vacation and GI problems arent a pretty picture. However your supervisor could not print out my lab results even though I was standing in front of her. I also begged for medication before I left Thank God she had a heart to do that for me. I really resent this and I will not be going back there. I might add she wasnt the most pleasant person in the world either.

I give GI Specialists Dr. David C. Ballard and Assistant Nancy a 10 out of 10. Dr. Ballard and Nancy were outstanding in every way and expedited a maintenance procedure for me quickly and thoroughly . I couldnt be more pleased. Top notch professionalism.
