My wife and daughter have had the hardest time with this company. I dont know if its just the Marietta East Cobb location or across the board. Arrangements made that were not documented in the account so we get there and are being charged when the services are still part of the contract we already paid. Then given a number to corporate that nobody answers and has no voicemail. Terrible customer service but then why would they care when they already have your money.

If you can call text AND email someone to confirm a consultation call at a specific time then I expected to be called at that time... Not texted a half hour time frame earlier nor lied to after finally calling me 16 minutes later claiming to have tried calling once before yet I have no missed calls from the time they claimed to have previously called which was also several minutes after my scheduled consultation... and most likely after their lunch break as my call was scheduled for 12 noon... This is insulting having my time wasted and then lied to on top of it. No one likes their time wasted much less being lied to especially after such an extensive confirmation process to make sure I was available for the call AT THAT TIME... This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional Why would I waste good money on your services to have EVERYTHING done from my eyebrows down if this is how you treat new clients? No thanks...

I was very pleased with the services recd at the Marietta location from both Diedra and Vaughn. However I am not happy about being unable to schedule subsequent appointments. Had I known it was rhus difficult I probably would not have agreed to the services I purchased.
