Very Disappointed
The office of Doctor Green is the worst. They cancelled on me 3 times, one time I showed up and was told the doctor has gone for a maternity leave. Second time I came to meet the doctor and was told the doctor is not back from her leave and would have to wait to see the patients assistant. After waiting for 30 minutes I was told she could not see due to an emergency. Third time I came at 10:45 for a 10:30 appointment they cancelled my appointment and told me to come after 3 weeks for my visit. They really don’t care the patients drive an hour and half to see them but 15 minutes and they cancel. When you see the doctor they make you wait 45 mins to an hour but a patient if they get delayed more than 14 mins they cancel their appointment. Worst patient care and I was not allowed to express my views to the doctor. This is truly unfair and completely unacceptable. Shame of Dr Green to accept such unprofessional office behavior.
My father is under the care of Dr.Greene, I find her to be nice, professional and knowledgeable. I don't feel as if we're rushed, or the "run of the mill" like patient.. Dr. Greene takes the time to understand what the issue is at hand.. She has an awesome upbeat attitude I find refreshing and fun especially dealing with the elderly patient.. Caring for my parents at this point in their lives, the majority of their outings are doctor appointments, and I find Bridgemill Neurological Associates on "my" favorites list because they seem to have a cool "Zen" thing going.. The place is neat, clean and quiet. My experience with staff has been friendly and very helpful. Seeing a doctor can never be more comfortable.. The run of the practice is really efficient and it's an overall pleasant place to be!

Dr. Green had been treating my mother for a couple years. She always explains complicated things in a way a regular person would understand. She is incredibly kind and never rushes you out of her office. She actually remembers you between visits.
I LOVE Dr.Green. She spends time listening to me and seems to have a genuine concern in my complicated case. I'm very thankful to have found her!
First visit good.
VERY DISAPPOINTED Took my husband to rule out early dementia vs. Alzheimer based on a steady change in behavior. A battery of test were ordered. We were told it would be 6 weeks before a followup appt. could be made due to the Dr.s leave of absence. In the interim he continued to decline. Even after offering to see another physician in their group the only recourse offered by the office was placement on a waiting list. 3 days ago my husband suffered a massive stroke.
Dr. Green is very caring and spent time listening to my complaints. She then explained to me the course of treatment that she thought would help with my problems. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of a neurologist.
Doctor great, support staff not so good. Not customer oriented, short, and unfriendly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
