Jennifer Giuseffi's Online Review Report Card

She takes the the time to listen and explain the issues in every day language. She recognizes that issues with the heart creates anxiety and conditions which are relatively minor need to be explained in detail.

This was first time seeing Dr. Giuseffi and I was very pleased. She listened carefully and responded in a way that I understood. She provides detail in such a way that is not alarming, but well enough to take seriously. I corresponded with follow-up questions through MyChart, and she responded very quickly with 24 hours. Dr. Giuseffi is very pleasant and makes you feel like you have know her for years. I recommend highly.

Again I had a great appointment at Wellstar and Dr Guiseffi. Professional. friendly.

I was really disappointed in my experience yesterday. I came in with genuine concerns and questions about my heart condition and ended up not even voicing all of them because I felt like a bother and like they just wanted to rush me out, starting with her nurse who seemed completely annoyed to have to deal with me at all. I also somehow felt judged for coming in at all with something that clearly seemed trivial to her. This is the second doctor I've seen in this group and I feel like I'm never given the time of day every time I go. Nothing is ever completely explained to me and I'm just rushed out and feel confused. She acted like I should already know everything she was talking about but none of what she said to me was fully explained to me previously because no one gives me the time of day at this place. I don't know why I keep going back. Heart issues are very scary when you're not a doctor and dont understand everything that's going on and I just wanted empathy and care and answers to my questions. My grandfather has seen Dr. Giuseffi and had a very different experience. He raved about how much time she took with him and what intentional questions she asked him. I got none of that, and he was very disappointed to hear about my experience. If you're a young person with a heart condition, I would go elsewhere because you're not given the time of day at this practice.

Dr Giuseffi is the best! I'm not a doctor myself so I can't give you all the technical details, I can only tell you as a patient that she cares about you, monitors your condition very closely, and is able to detect issues that other cardiologists ignored or missed. Dr G saved my life - not sure how to make it any simpler than that. She noted an issue I was having, kept following up on it and took action when I needed it. When I got an infection in the hospital, I had to see another cardiologist as she was out of town. He told me to take Advil and come back...I did come back. Dr G could immediately see it was sepsis and got me to the ER and saved my life. While I was in the hospital, several doctors told me that She checked on me even when I was "somebody else's" patient. You can't buy this level of care and concern.

This was my first experience with a cardiologist and Dr. Giuseffi spent plenty of time with me, understood my problem, and I feel certain I am in good hands medically.

Dr. Giuseffi listened to my concerns. Explained my medicine's purposes. It has been 2 1/2 years since my last heart attack. I'm doing great.
