Best doctor ever! Took such loving care of my husband. Knowledge and treatment was outstanding. Great bedside manner. Follow up and care after surgery was wonderful. His staff is so kind and helpful. Kennestone hospital was great. Thank you all for your outstanding care. God bless you.
Dr. Jones couldn't have been more compassionate to me and my family during an especially difficult time. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and how he would fix it. Surgery went great and I will be forever grateful to Dr. Jones.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jones for over 8 years due to a small aneurysm that needs to be checked annually. The entire staff at this office is both courteous and friendly. Dr Jones has always been very thorough in his examinations and answered any questions I have had and explaining all of my options. Having a history of blood clots and having knee surgery 8 weeks ago Dr. Jones and his office were quickly able to perform a ultrasound exam when I still had swelling and burning pain in my ankle. I have full confidence in Dr. Jones and the entire staff.
i had the misfortune of being assigned to john E Jones in an emergency situation. I can't attach MD to his name because he is the furthest thing from a medical professional I've ever encountered. He walked in said I had blood clots and he was discharging me and walked out. He wouldn't stop to answer my questions and when I ask the nurse to ask him to comeback because I had questions he refused. I wouldn't let him touch me again if it was a life and death situation. I'd take my chances and wait for a real doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
