Dr. Meka and staff are the best. I was given excellent service on my visit on January 25, 2022. They were warm and welcoming. I was nervous but I was able to get comfortable once the staff began engaging and getting me registered and ready for my procedure.

GI Specialists left me in way worse shape than i was going in for treatment. Plz listen to my story and steer clear from them.I had diverticulitis problems and i went to dr meka and gi specialists for over a year. I kept getting more attacks that got progressively worse. I had a bad attack and dr meka set me up for a colonoscopy the following days. After the colonoscopy, i had another attack that ended up being an infection. I was rushed to the er and my er doctor said there was an infection and they should have never gone thru w the colonoscopy. From there, the doctor gave me the right medicine, set me up with a new specialist and after seeing them for a brief period, i never had another attack. Also, when putting the iv in my arm at gi specialists, they couldnt find the vein and kept poking at my arm saying “oh its not there, lets try this spot” — like a nightmare scene from scrubs. For years i went to dr meka, they never once helped. I went elsewhere and am not five years without one attack. I got them multiple times a month going to meka. Stay away from them. Itll cost u ur health and be a total waste financially. Find a doctor that cares, not one thatll treat u like cattle.

Great experience with Dr Mel’s she and staff was very caring I even received a phone call from the nurse the next day to see how I was doing thanks I recommend her for any and everyone she’s awesome
