The women that work in the office are the best. Everyone is so supportive and makes sure you have everything you need. The program works and I will continue until I reach my goal! They are teaching me how to eat properly and making sure this a lifestyle change not a just in the moment thing! Thank you guys!

Owner, Ben called to follow up in reference to my review. He couldn't have been nicer or more receptive to the feedback I wrote here and made it right by refunding the fee and revising the verbiage on visits, new clients and returning clients. I've written a lot of reviews here both good and not so good and always feel I'm fair. This company has been the only one to reach out and for that I revise to 5 stars and look forward to booking that massage and giving the place another shot. Grateful, L

You should definitely tell someone there a consult fee when making an appointment OR RE-signing new client paperwork since its been over two years OR when you come in the door OR after you do the initial consult, not as you walk out the door. And please, don't upsell your spa after you spring a surprise charge. Its a shame, it looked like a really nice spa too....I would have liked to have booked a massage or get makeup done or pamper myself in other ways as it looks like there is a lot going on. But, you lost me after the mystery charge. These hidden fees are NOT on the paperwork in little fine print. I'll have to spread the word through Nextdoor and Google too. Now Yelp knows. Beware.

Excellent staff! Very knowledgeable. Can be a bit pricey but well worth the results. Its a lifestyle change that teaches you how to portion your meals and still enjoy everything. Highly recommended

I have lost 57 lbs so far in 4 months..professional staff of awsome nurses. Can’t say enough about them, if you see them and stay with the program for two weeks you will more than see the results. In only 3-6 months I feel anyone can be close to desired weight goal-
