This was our first time visiting the Marietta location which is constructed beautifully for kids with bright colors, jungle theme and games for them to play with in the waiting room. Our consultation with Dr Nia was very pleasant and warm and she explained everything in a way that we could understand and we never felt rushed. In fact, at the end, Dr Nia waived the fee of our consultation as everything was reviewed so quickly. This was a huge surprise and extremely considerate. Something no other doctor has ever done for us before. We will highly recommend Dr Nia to others and we will be back for regular dental procedures. Thank you!

Nia Dentistry has been an amazing experience for my daughter from the very first visit. I was looking for a pediatric dentist who would truly care for her, meet her needs, and make dental visits a positive experience, and Nia Dentistry has exceeded my expectations every time. The staff is incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, and the dentist is just as wonderful. Everyone gives children individual attention and works hard to make them feel comfortable. The office environment is so welcoming, kid-friendly, and thoughtfully designed that it helps take away the fear and stigma that can come with going to the dentist. Growing up, I wish I had a dental office like this. They make the experience feel easy, warm, and even fun for children. I especially recommend Nia Dentistry for parents who want their child to have a great experience at the dentist, including children with sensory-related needs. Dr. Azi and her staff were incredible with my almost 2 year old. We scheduled an emergency dental appt for the same day and she provided such exceptional, empathic care. We will be returning for routine dental care!

We transferred to Nia Pediatric Dentistry based on strong Google reviews and a recommendation from an acquaintance. For the first year or two, everything went smoothly—we had great experiences and no concerns. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was extremely upsetting, and it has led us to switch practices. I’ve gone back and forth about sharing this publicly, but after hearing from others about concerns, I felt it was important for the community to be aware. During our last cleaning, the dental hygienist’s behavior made my children feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. My youngest left in tears after not receiving the toy they usually give out, because the hygienist stood across the hall and shooed us out, telling us to leave immediately. I will not go into specific health details for privacy reasons, but I was also very troubled by how my child’s oral health issue was communicated. Instead of approaching me directly, the hygienist stayed seated and spoke loudly across an open treatment room—one with multiple chairs and no dividers—so that every parent present could hear sensitive information. This felt inappropriate and inconsistent with the privacy expectations I had when signing their HIPAA forms. Additionally, I later learned that they charge $15 more for fluoride than both my own dentist and our new pediatric dentist. I truly wish our final visit had not unfolded this way, especially after several positive years, but this experience left us feeling that we could not return.

Great experience with this dentist office. Took my child for her first dentist appointment. The staff was very nice. The office is a wonderland for toddlers. She was occupied the whole time. The doctor explained all the process and procedures to us in detail. Highly recommend.

Very clean dental office. My kids always cry when they have to leave. Everyone is also friendly & answers any concerns I have. However, I wish they give out goody bags for the kids. I know the kids will also appreciate it. Regardless 5 stars for professionalism & cleanliness.
