Overall visit went very well! The staff at Registration was not pleasant( no greeting). I registered on line (1st time visit) and there was no record therefore I was subjected to completing the forms in person (15-20min) additional of time added to my appointment. However, on a better note Dr. Bonnaig and the back office staff were excellent, professional and thorough!

Always extremely kind and thorough. A wonderful experience all around. He is obviously very knowledgeable and presents all information and options in an easy-to-understand manner. Very kind and conversational. Truly a joy in an otherwise unpleasant situation.

Dr. Bonnaig identified the reasons for my knee pain and we have a plan to fix it. He is a great listener and has a very calm and friendly demeanor. I am in great hands. His Nurse and team are also great.

I had a knee injury and needed an orthopedic doctor. I called on Tuesday of this week and was able to make an appointment to see Dr. Bonnaig today (Friday). He was extremely efficient and thorough and thankfully it was not anything severe and was diagnosed quickly. The only issue I did have was the wait. I had a 2:00 appt and was not seen until almost 3:00. Not sure what that was about but once I was back there, it was quick and I was satisfied with his bedside manner. He has a great way of explaining what was going on.
