I went to see Dr. Schaner for a dental implant. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. They put me at ease which is an accomplishment because I'm terrified of dental anything. Even a cleaning sends me into orbit. The implant consultation with Dr. Schaner was informative and I was confident everything would go off without a hitch. It did and I am one happy camper. Thank you so much!

This was an excellent wisdom tooth removal experience. The friendly and professional office staff was extremely helpful and patient ...from check-in greeting through the post-surgery care discussion. The post-op package provided helpful care reminders and guidance...as well as access to the office if any questions arose. Dr. Schaner met with us and provided insight to my son's specific surgery experience and answered all questions. We were most impressed with the personal follow up post-surgery. Every detail was well thought out...including the coupon for a milkshake ...which took the fear out of the experience. We left the office knowing that we were still being cared for after the surgery. No stone was left unturned.

Dr. Shaner, Paige and Danielle were a great team pulling my tooth. Worst part of the experience was self-inflicted dread. They were comforting and efficient and there was no pain.

Dr. Schaner sat on my biopsy results for 13 days despite being informed by pathology that I had a malignant tumor growing on my tongue. He went 2 weeks without informing me I had cancer! Unprofessional and not the level of care I want from an oral surgeon. Edit: It’s documented in the office files. You’re welcome to contact me but I won’t be changing this review.

Three years , $20,000 , NO IMPLANTS ! I don't believe he knows what he is doing !

What a great experience. I have been to multiple oral surgeons in two states trying to get a mess that braces as an adult created fixed. One told me a year with bone out of my jaw and the rest weren’t much better. Dr Shaner made it happen with a minor bone graft and three month healing. If you need any work done that he handles, run don’t walk to see him. Great guy who knows his craft!
