I was honestly a little worried because of the low ratings, but I decided to take my chance and called to make an appt. I thought “if I don’t get a good vibe from the person I speak with when I call to make the appt, that’s a sign. I’ll not make an appt with them.” I spoke with Ms. Evelyn and she was extremely helpful and really nice. I have not yet seen the provider, but feel more comfortable about the upcoming visit. Will update my review after the visit. Thank
Staff is horrible and does not inform Dr of importance information that is time sensitive BEWARE of Dr Zarandy and his staff I’ve had a horrifying experience!
I switched to this practice after moving to Marietta and my first time coming here was AWESOME! Dr. Jhurani and nurse were amazing. They really took the time to get to know me and hear what I wanted and needed. They were very friendly and I felt very comfortable right away. Dr. Jhurani is my new PCP now! Thank you for the great experience
I had an appointment today for an annual physical I made months ago and which I drove 30 minutes to get to. I had received a call from the office two days ago reminding me that I needed to not eat or drink and to wear a mask. I followed their instructions and when I showed up called to tell them I arrived. They asked if I had a COVID test in the last 14 days and if I had the results. I told them I was waiting on results, but did not have symptoms and was proactively taking regular COVID tests that are offered by my employer. I was told I could not be seen, however if I had not taken a test they would have followed different protocol, namely screening me for the COVID symptoms I do not have and the doctor would have seen me. Have no symptoms and take a test, we can’t see you. Have no symptoms and don’t take a test, we can see you. Ridiculous. Their website nor any of the communications they provided me ever mentioned needing results back in the event of taking a test. Had I lied, they would have seen me. Obviously will not be going back.
Don't go to Piedmont Physicians Marietta Family Practice! At first they gave us hope. I have had a hell of a time getting my mom into see a good doctor for shoulder pain she is having. This office assured me that they could get my mom an xray to see what might be wrong with her. We got my mom in there and they didn't touch her other than to draw blood and check her blood pressure. When Dr. Jhurani all she did came in and interviewed my mom about her medications even though she was dehydrated and moaning in pain. She only preformed an Auscultation and not physically examining her shoulder or ordering an immediate xray. Mom's whole reason for being there was for shoulder pain she didn't even touch her shoulder. She told us to go elsewhere to get imaging and pain medication! Directly following bringing her home from the dr.s office my mom laid down and could not get out of bed due to her pain. WE WERE JUST IN A DOCTORS OFFICE AND THEY IGNORED HER SYMPTOMS! We took to St. Joseph's hospital days later. I was going to let this go until I got a call from the office with my mother's test results which they gave me and when I told her that my mom was in the hospital and she received less little to no care at her office she was very concerned and was going to make a call on my mom's behalf. A Chenelle Garner called today in regards to the complaint I called into the office and acted nonchalant when I was trying to relay what had happened. She cited hippa and refused to have a conversation with me and seemed less than concerned about what had happened. Great way to protect doctors! If I could receive my mom's test results why could I not receive an explaination as to why my mom received an inadequate exam. We were right next to a hospital. We could have gone then and saved my mom a lot of pain! I will never trust anything with the word Piedmont in it again!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
