List of Piedmont Urgent Care By Wellstreet - East Cobb's Reviews
I cut myself when a mason jar slipped out of my hands. I was ushered back into the room without even asking questions. The staff promptly cleaned me up and stitched me back together. Great staff. Stitches were outstanding.
Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Location closes at 1pm arrivaled at the 11:30, when entering the facility was addressed by two young ladies stating they're not excepting any walk-in patients. There wasn't any patients waiting in lobby and parking lot was partially empty. Ask the young ladies if they're able to provide any additional information regarding other available testing sites and was advise I would need to goggle the information myself. Extremely unprofessional for an urgent care.
PA Alex was awesome!! She explained in detail what I should take for my illness and what to expect. She is such a gem! Yvette the MA was very kind and understanding! I appreciate you all! Keep up the awesome work!
We waited outside at 6:39 am for Covid testing and the staff came out early to give directions to everyone then they started taking appointments early to try and accommodate as many as possible. Once we were called they were friendly and polite! They showed great compassion and concern for us and our situation .
I haven't been to this facility but seeing the reviews it looks great. Can I take RT PCR test for my 2.9 years toddler? and is there any need of appointment or Walkin is good enough. I am looking for RT PCR (not the Rapid one) test for travelling for my wife and daughter's upcoming travel. please guide.
Piedmont Urgent Care did a great job when I got really sick right before Christmas. Due to COVID there was a 6-7 hour wait but my husband was able to go sign me in and they texted me a link to sign in and give my information. Then 15 minutes before they were ready to see me they called me. When I arrived they took me right back in an exam room. A nurse took my vitals right away and then a PA came in. They did a Covid test and a flu test, got me treated, sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy and got my out quickly. I would not hesitate to use them again. Everyone was very efficient and professional!
Took my 5 year old son for Covid testing. Staff very caring and friendly. When we were leaving he said, "those people were so nice"!
The staff was very courteous and professional. We were set to go on a cruise and needed to get a COVID test 3 days before getting on the ship within the next 3 days. We waited in the waiting room about 15-20 minutes after our scheduled appointment to get in to have the test which wasn’t too bad. Once they knew we had to get on the road everyone moved quickly to get us out- which was nice. The only issue I had was that COVID infected or shall I say people with symptoms were walking right in front of us to ask the gal at the front desk if they had to make an appointment or wait in their car! What!Funny thing was that we were asked during the testing if we had been around anyone that had been infected and I felt like saying YES- right outside in your lobby!I think they need to make people remain outside that have or has someone in the car that has symptoms. So if I should come up with COVID in the next 7 to 10 days I sure know where I got it.
my most recommended place to get a covid test, especially for travel! Results are quick & accurate, plus, you can get them electronic!!
Quick efficient and a nice team.PCR test done in an hour

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
