I absolutely love this place. The Ladies at the front desk were very kind and welcoming.Thank you Chole and Alisha for making me feel special. The clinical team were amazing. I was really dreading taking another covid test but shalondaa made me feel comfortable and at ease. Both providers, Blessing and Dana had a wonderful bedside manner. They gave off a mom like vibe. Thank you Piedmont Wellstreet staff for making me feel like family again.

When we arrived I literally thought they were closed...there were maybe 4 cars in the parking lot. The girl at the front desk said they were not taking any more patients because they were short-staffed. There were no patients in sight!

Testing was a bit hectic because of the spike but this is my normal testing facility and they are always fast and kind!

Very rude front desk staff. They were not helpful at all and spoke to us like we were an inconvenience.We also never got results for a Covid test we took here.

Receptionist was professional and efficient. Made appointment for two for later in day Covid testing. All times met with quick and efficient processing. I will return to this location in the future.

During a very hectic time of testing for covid the staff behind the desk handled things in an orderly and reassuring manner. I was told I would have my covid test results within one hour online. In exactly one hour I had my results online.

The facility is staffed by caring, compassionate individuals from Reagan at the front desk and Abby who did Mom's Covid PCR test to Blessing, the nurse practioner who dropped in to check Mom's lungs and heart. We received the results within the hour. All in all, a fabulous experience.
