List of Quantum Radiology's Reviews
Clean and Professional
When I arrived for my appointment the offices were clean and everyone was friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and informative.
I had a great experience with the EEG imaging tech. Overall, a really laid-back experience. Still, the visit left a bad taste in my mouth because of the office manager Alice insisting that I pay with insurance. She even gave me the self-pay price of $420 before I came in and that's what I kept telling her that I wanted to do. Still she ignored my request and submitted it to insurance. I can see why. They got paid $1,652 for my EEG going that route. Wow! My final cost after insurance was $474.12... Not terrible but still, $54.12 that I should not have had to pay. This is one of the core problems with our health "care" system today. Buyer beware. I hope this helps someone else out there.
This Imaging location was Great had amazing customer service and tech who did MRI was awesome she kept me updated on how much longer the process was and this location is 30 minutes from my house but was worth the drive

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
