I had a very pleasant and calm experience. The women at the check-in desk were very friendly and helpful. The wait rooms and restroom were all very clean. The ultrasound tech, Ashley, was very nice, friendly and helpful.

I actually went with a friend and they treated her wonderfully. I was really impressed and plan to use them in the future. I hope I receive the same care she did.

Unfortunately I have to give this low rating. My elderly mother was there for a walk in mammogram. She was sent back to her rehab facility without the front office doing enough research to help her. I was almost there to meet her. Better customer service could have gone a long way. You never turn anywone away without asking the right questions or making a phone call in this case to the person listed as her care taker, her daughter. The supervisor didn't seem to understand my concern.

This is the second time I've been here within a year or so and both times I've been here the front desk has been so rude to myself and every patient that has walked in. Customer service is definitely not their strong point.

The two employees working at Wellstar Imaging at the front where patients check in for their Appointments are too busy laughing, running around, back & forth, playing. The person that entered the information into the computer INCORRECTLY put my billing info wrong .WELLSTAR IMAGING - PLEASE HIRE PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS EMPLOYEES TO GREET, WORK WITH PATIENTS & SERVICE THE PUBLIC.

I'm upset because I was charged $700 because they i was charged for two mammograms. When I tried to dispute the additional $500 charge my call to the complaint hotline was ignored. They told me they saw "something ", and he needed another look. I was told by 3 ppl, they too were told they found something that was nothing. My test by a Specialist deemed "nothing ". Im still paying on that balance. Please get a 2nd opinion if they can only tell you the doctor sees "something". Some agencies provide free mammograms. I miss my Kaiser insurance.
