The procedure I had was okay (aside from a poor judgment call within the procedure that led to a much more difficult recovery, but that kind of thing does happen). However, Quantum Radiology billed me twice, never responded when I asked about the second charges, and then sent the bill to collections.

I’m new to the breast cancer diagnosis. With cancer comes several procedures. Today I had a lung biopsy, Dr. Byrd was my Doctor. I can’t even express in words how much Dr. Byrd took away my tears today. He talked to me like a person, he explained, he prayed over me and he gave me a sense of peace. He did an outstanding job on a difficult procedure. He’s not going to claim this review, he’s going to say it was the Team…. Which is was but I’m beyond blessed to have him as my Doctor today.Tammy Hargate
