We did tons of research before we arrived at RBA. They had the best results according to the CDC, and we can see why. Dr Best is unironically, the best doctor to help us. She's a light in the darkness, and very statistics oriented. She gave us a plan customized for us, and gave us hope when we were at our bottom. I truly cannot recommend them enough. The entire staff, from the front to the finance were so helpful and responsive. Everytime we submitted a question via the portal, we would get a response within the hour.

This facility has to be the worst we’ve ever dealt with. It takes being on hold for an hour to get someone to answer the phone, just to make an appointment. They told us they would call with results in 3 business days, it’s been over a week with nothing. As a couple already going through such a sensitive time, this place will only make you stress out more.

Dr. Best and her ENTIRE clinical staff are AMAZING! I have had the best experience with them. Things have not always been smooth on my fertility journey but they handle everything with a gentleness that is necessary in this field. They answer every single question I have no matter how silly or dramatic it may be.I mean I could go on and on but y’all get it!

Dr. Best truly made me feel like I have a chance and someone in my corner to help fight this fertility battle with me! I felt heard and I felt like she had a game plan. I truly appreciate her patience and warm demeanor during a difficult time.

**Be careful if being referred here by your OBGYN** I found out about this location through a consultation voucher from my OBGYN. I called and scheduled a consult telling them I want to use the voucher. They then booked a different appointment from what I scheduled and charged me $350 for a virtual 30 minute consult that the doctor was 15 minutes late to. Taking advantage of women while we are exploring a very vulnerable process is beyond unethical. I no longer trust them with this process and will look elsewhere.

Terrible. Dr. Best does not actually listen to her patients. We went in to learn about what can be done to get pregnant naturally and all Dr. Best did was push IUI/IVF. We had told her on numerous occasions that our wish was to understand reasonings why we could not get pregnant and what are some alternatives we could look into to assist. Immediately went to IVF/IUI. Learn to actually listen to your patients. Also, if you call, expect a 24-48 hour turn around. Even if you call before their "1pm cutoff".

I really can not say enough about this office and their entire staff. I have never been more impressed with the attentiveness, level of care, and genuine compassion from every single member of a team. Dr. Best is amazing, and her staff is incredible. They are on top of everything, always call when they say they will, their scheduling is always perfect, literally I have not a single complaint. They are a well oiled machine and I have never seen a doctor’s office administrative side that was so good at their job. I’m so thrilled to be pregnant but I will genuinely miss seeing everyone here.
