Dr Shah has a wonderful bedside manner! We love the staff. The scheduling and procedure instructions were made clear and easy to understand.

My visits with Dr Shah are exceptional and he has a great bedside manner to listen to my concerns and develop the right plan of action. As a fellow healthcare provider, I have full confidence in his abilities to help my GI situations!

I would not recommend this practice for colonoscopy screenings. I had a procedure scheduled and phoned the office numerous times to ask them to phone in the prep prescription. No one answers the phone or returns phone calls. When I finally reached his surgery scheduler, Victoria, she became defensive and told me that she did not have any calls from me. I told her I had been calling the number on the procedure information sheet. It seems this practice has a history of not returning calls. I cancelled the procedure because I could not feel comfortable with a practice that doesn't answer the phone or return messages.

Having had three visits with Dr. Shah, including colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures, I can report that he and his team are excellent care providers. Their medical knowledge and their very capable patient interaction skills place Dr. Shah and staff at the highest level.

Dr. Shah and staff were highly professional yet amazingly compassionate and always interested in my being comfortable throughout my entire medical procedure. Could not have had a better experience.

Short wait but good visit, discussed and recap of a procedure. Staff set up follow on visit. Efficient and professional.
