I’ve been coming here for my laser treatments for the last few months and my hair is basically completely gone! Everyone is very friendly and personable! I love coming to see all my friends!

I honestly cannot wait to finish my package and never return to Skinsations again. From the moment I purchased my package, the customer service has been disappointing and unprofessional. The only technician I truly liked was Kelli. She was professional, made me feel comfortable, and actually provided a good experience. Instead of informing clients that she was no longer working there, they simply pushed me onto another technician without any courtesy, communication, or respect. That should have been explained beforehand. The experience with the new technician was awful. After my laser treatment, she literally handed me the products that should have been applied to my face instead of properly completing the service herself while trying to sell me other packages. For something considered a luxury service, the level of care and customer service is extremely lacking. What makes it worse is that they constantly push packages and upsells, yet the customer service is nowhere near the standard you’d expect when spending that kind of money. The atmosphere feels disorganized, and the professionalism is horrible. I do not recommend this place at all. I completely understand why customers are not returning. Good customer service, communication, and quality care matter, and unfortunately Skinsations has failed in all three areas during my experience. They only get two stars just for Kelli. If it wasn't for Kelli they'd get none.

Second time I have laser hair removal done, this time at Skinsations in Marietta. I found the place very nice, clean and comfortable. I was greeted by Suzanna who proceeded with explaining how the treatment works and once I was comfortable, gently used her equipment to complete the procedure. She did a very good job in my opinion. Well done.

Absolutely amazing, caring, professional staff! Booking appointments and getting started at this med spa was so easy and hassle-free and the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. I have my sessions with Jenna and she is the best! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I 100% recommend Skinsations to anyone; their pricing is also very affordable!

Amazing staff members, everyone is always super friendly and helpful. My skin looks the best it has in a while from the treatments. Their care also goes outside of the salon! my amazing girl Suzana always answers any skin concerns i have outside of my appointments and is always recommending products to try.

I’ve had a really good experience at Skinsations. The space is clean and calming, and the staff is friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. They take the time to explain things and never make you feel rushed. Overall, it’s a place that feels trustworthy and welcoming. Would definitely recommend. Jeronia is amazing .Very accommodating when you need an appointment on short notice.
