Cut the inside of my mouth, the biggest thing is, he was not gentle with given the shot. I felt it not o ce but 3 times gave a no emotion I'm sorry .I've had shots before don't know what his deal was. I will not go back again. Office staff so very kind and nice , they all smile . Dr needs improvement on patient kindness!

My dentist recommended Dr. Levy as he was his teacher at Emory. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the amount of time he spent on figuring out what was going on with my jaw. Was it a tumor, cyst, infection or what? He did a biopsy on it. That first night was the only time I had pain He called the next night to see if I was okay as he had to cut into my jaw (4 stitches). I had complete confidence that he knew what he was doing and he explained everything to me.

DO NOT GO! I had massive oral surgery by Dr. Levy and when they took out the intubation tube they also took out part of my vocal cords and I will NEVER have my voice back - EVER. I have written to Dr. Levy to cover the ENT bills and he refuses to refund my money or even pay for his error.

Son had wisdom teeth removed, filled out paperwork w/ alergies: Advil, Asprin & antibiotics. During consultation I spoke up about his allergies. Dr Levy asked his previous reactions I said Anaphalactic Shock. He made notations. After surgery nurse went over RX. Anti-Inflamitory Toradol was prescribed I specifically asked "since he is alergic to Advil is this RX ok" Nurse said yes or he wouldn't prescribe. Son went into anaphalactic Shock! Rushed to emergency room and BP was so low was life threatening. ER Doc said total neglect of Dr Levy to prescribe! When I spoke w/ Dr Levy he didn't have his records w/him and said he wouldn't have prescribed Toradol. Later called back and said he made a mistake and made a bunch of lame excuses blaming on staff etc. Would NEVER recommend!When follow up, mother of different patient was complaining of complications. Another waited over 1 1/2 Hr for son, got upset for wait said she was leaving & Dr Levy yelled "fine go to someone else". Horrible!
