List of Tariq Javed's Reviews
Pitiful excuse for a doctor. Very rude and disrespectful. I totally get why his reviews are so bad now. I absolutely do not recommend this doctor. The staff on the other hand were very nice from the moment I got there until I left.
Office staff were wonderful, Dr Javed was NOT. Worst bedside manner ever. I looked at reviews before going to him and my thoughts were that I didn’t care if he talked to me about the weather, as long as he could figure out what was making me sick. There’s a difference in just being professional and not chatting and just being downright rude. He is the latter. I absolutely do not recommend him. I will definitely believe reviews next time.
Absolutely the worst experience ever. Even though his reviews were not good I decided to go anyway. My thoughts were that if he could figure out what was causing my dizziness, that he didn’t have to chat with me about the weather. He has no bedside manner whatsoever. Rude and just hatful. I usually never leave reviews but everyone deserves to know how disappointing this man is. I am so glad that what is wrong with me needs to be seen by a different specialist because there is no way that I would ever go back to see this doctor again. I totally get why his reviews aren’t good now. Save yourself the time, money and disappointment.
Best Neurosurgeon!!! Very honest and a great employer to work with and for!!
He did 2 surgeries on my back sciatica and scoliosis. For a while I did ok but after a period of time I went back to him because I was experiencing more and more nerve pain in the areas. He too X-rays, which doesn’t show what’s going on with the nerves. He told me the bones were fine. When I asked about the nerve pain he said your 66 and getting old you’ll have to learn to live with it and take your painkillers. Needless to say I found another dr. He also told me he was a bone dr. I found a bone dr that put me in pt and hopefully that will help.
My wife has chronic pain, mostly from several problems with her spine. Dr. Javed is the absolute best surgeon. He has given us a level of care that is above and beyond. We are extremely thankful we found him. He has given my wife a quality of life that we thought was long gone. If you are struggling with back pain go and see Dr. Javed. Thank you Dr. Javed and staff!
Dr.. Javed was my saving grace , he saved my sanity and gave me back my life!
I had a double fusion with Dr. Javed. His bedside manner isn't warm & fuzzy, but that's not why you see him. You see him because he's the best there is.
I am 79 years old and have a history of spinal injuries due to military and law enforcement. Dr Javed takes time to explain what will happen and gives assurances he will take good care of you. I have had no problems at all since my back surgery . I trust Dr Javed completely for my care
In 1998 I began to notice I couldn't lift my left leg very high. Didn't think much about it but later I began having severe back pain in my lumbar area. I went to a chiropractor for about 6 months and he told me I was making no progress so told me to go to an orthopaedic doctor. I did this for almost a year. He even performed surgery at L5-S1 to try and relieve the pain. After seeing I was getting worse (by this time I could not lift my left leg at all, fell often, drug my leg and walked with a cain.) he suggested I see a neurologist. This was Feb, 2001. I did this and was diagnosed with a meningioma at C7-T1! No pain at all in that area, just being transferred down low. The neurologist sent me straight over to Dr. Javed's Marietta office. The tumor was crushing my spinal cord, therefore I could not lift my leg and I was beginning to have other issues too. Dr. Javed got me into surgery the next week after telling me I was in the nick of time! What a relief! Walked fine!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
