Visiting Angels are true to their name, one of their angels, Frances Green is both a caregiver and a friend to my parents. She is making a difference in their and my life, a true blessing! I'm grateful for her daily care and attention!

My mother in law was in at home hospice and living on her own for the majority of the last year of her life. In the last six weeks she declined and had to move to our house in need of 24 hour per day care. We were at a loss as to how to handle this, and knew little about home care companies. We reached out to several agencies. Emily S from Visiting Angels was the first to respond, and came to visit us for a home assessment. She was fantastic. Answered all of our questions, and was very helpful. Initially we opted to go with a different company, and dismissed them after two days. We immediately reached back out to Emily and signed paperwork, and she had someone at our house the very next day that we needed care. We had five days per week 7:30a-4p coverage with two different caregivers - Shelby four days per week and Stephanie on the fifth day. They were absolutely invaluable to us during this tough time. My MIL was bedbound and required constant attention. Her caregivers had to do everything for her from helping change her clothes, clean her up, prepare and bring her food, snacks and drinks, to simply being there to talk to her. My MIL loved being around people and loved to talk, and Shelby and Stephanie were fabulous with her. She passed away this week, so we ended our services with Visiting Angels sooner than we expected, and we would absolutely use them again if we have this kind of need. Highly recommend. There communication is prompt and clear, billing and payments are clear, support and service administratively is great, and the people they send are well trained, professional, and I felt safe having them in my home.

We sing the praises of Visiting Angels as they were critical to a successful transition from hospital to home for a loved one. Visiting Angels saved us in our time of need, and we are forever grateful. They are highly trustworthy and did a terrific job integrating into our family home. Working with the office staff, our case manager, and the Angels was also a true joy as they remained so understanding and flexible. My 59 year old husband was in need of care after a fall and 2 week hospital stay. Visiting Angels has been a lifesaver. Josh and my husband hit it off great. The ladies that stayed in the evening were wonderful. They helped in a time of need that was more than I can handle. Thank you so much!

Emily Sanchez and Julia Johnson worked with me to set up transportation to and from an outpatient medical procedure. I so much appreciate their quick turnaround time and care taken to schedule this on short notice during a stressful time for me. They advised me on every step of the way. The customer service is exactly what you'd hope for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Visiting Angels again.

My dad broke his hip and could not live on his own after being released from the rehab facility. My brother and I could stay with Dad on nights and weekends, but needed someone there on weekdays. Dad was not crazy about having the extra help yet knew he needed it. His sister had a good experience with a Visiting Angels caregiver years ago when their mom had a stroke so we went with them. The caregiver Visiting Angels sent was so perfect for what Dad needed. The caregiver was very quick to pick up on the way Dad wanted things done around the house and would pick up on things that needed to be done and do them without my Dad having to ask. There were many visits to my dad’s doctors and they allowed us to not have the caregiver on those days since I was with him. We appreciated that flexibility! That continued as Dad got better and was able to do more on his own. We reduced the days the caregiver was there until Dad felt confident he was ready to be on his own again. We are so thankful for Visiting Angels and what their caregiver gave us: piece of mind that Dad was in good hands when we couldn’t be there.

Couldn't have been more pleased with the staff from initial consultation to the great care provided by the healthcare worker. My parents live in SC and have used another company that didn't measure up to the quality of care provided by Visiting Angels. My parents returned to SC or we would still be using Visiting Angels.

My mom needed a little assistance for a few months and I found Visiting Angels online. From the first interaction they were extremely professional and helpful. They were able to find a caregiver to start immediately. My mom liked her so much actually enjoyed the time she spent with her. Highly recommend

From my first phone call, to the placement of a caregiver for my 97 year old Mom, the experience was exceptional. Teresa, Emily and Aja were so thorough in their commitment to assessing and meeting the needs for Mother. Alexandra, the caretaker chosen for my Mother was very professional and capable, yet warm and friendly while gently assisting Mom with the loving care I wanted her to receive.
