My child received quality care at the facility. There was little to no wait time and the nurses and doctors were very caring and knowledgeable.

I was in a car accident this morning. I got to the ER and they got me registered and to the back in a timely manner. The doctor came in and listened to my complaints and had a plan to treat me within minutes. The whole experience was 1000 times better then previous times at this facility. Thank you for being there and giving me stellar care!

Was lucky on this day, there was 1 person ahead of me, I did not have to wait much, assistance was fast and cordial. Male nurse did not find my vein for IV, the other nurse found it immediately. Feed back was prompt, administration of pain killers was fast. WhenI left, there were many more people waiting to be treated. My own experience was great. The new facility is spacious and clean, much better than the old one.

Sat in the ER for 6.5 hrs until finally going back with the Doctor. The nurses were more worried about flirting than doing their jobs. Watched a man pass out in the waiting room cause he repeatedly said his head hurt and all the nurses did was yell at this man. People walking in off the road getting care before I was even thought of. I came in with a very low number on my breathing from covid and when I finally got back to the doctor they revealed in X-ray that I had pneumonia. I'll give the doctor who treated me 5 stars and the nurse a 5 star but out front they could care less. They didn't care that I wasn't a priority to them cause I wasn't young. They told me my breathing was in the low 70s but I wasn't a top priority. Never go there ever again

I have horrible anxiety and over the last 10 years I have lived here, I have had to go to the hospital for one reason or another. The staff here for the most part has always been very kind and understanding, has never made me feel embarrassed or treated me like I was wasting their time with my fears and concerns. I always leave feeling much better than when I got there. I honestly can’t thank them enough for their kindness as I have a hard time trusting doctors and they are the few that truly treat me with dignity and respect.

Waiting to long it's been 4 hours and still waiting! It's horrible the waiting room bathroom is super dirty had tons if grems! The room they took you to was not organized really dirty. Didn't really help. Takes a really long time for attendance! I don't recommend this for kids or adults.

I will never take my children back to this hospital. The memorable emergency room staff we encountered were unprofessional, apathetic, and had nasty attitudes. It made an already stressful situation nearly unbearable. We went here because it's closer to our home, but never again.

I understand that ppl on this floor are in bad shape but the way some of them are hollering makes me think they just want attention

The wait in the waiting room was extremely long due to being short staffed. Once I was taken to a room, I was in there no longer than 5mins before I was began being taken care of. The nurses and doctors there are very nice and answer any question you have if you do not understand. They are very eager to get you feeling better as soon as possible. I live 10mins from Cobb General but will drive the extra time because I know they will take good care of you!
