While the urgent care wasn't overly busy, it took hours to be seen by a triage nurse (not a doctor). They took samples and I went back to the waiting room to wait, for another hour before being called back! Mine was a simple issue and should have been in and out in ten minutes. At the very least, they should have let people know that they could/should go elsewhere.

Nurse Kim and Dr. Rodriguez were great. Very friendly, helpful and really seemed to care about me. I was well informed of everything. Dr. Rodriguez made recommendations and left the final decision up to me which I agreed with. Both Kim and Dr. Rodriguez had great bedside manners. I never felt like I was a bother and they truly wanted to help. I would definitely return to this urgent care. I was in and out in 2 hours, with an appointment.

The young women at the check in desk are unprofessional and rude at times. It’s absolutely absurd to have instructions that not even themselves follow. Of course if they weren’t so busy gossiping and chatting with each other, maybe they could take care of patients in a timely manner. The nurses and doctors in the back are awesome but your front desk needs an Overhaul. This is my 3rd experience with their gossip being more Important than your patients.

I went to this urgent care because I was in a car accident earlier in the day and I wanted to get myself checked out. Everyone who I met was incredibly nice and showed so much compassion.
