II was seen here today for pneumonia. And my doctor/PA Was extremely nice, and very thorough! The x-ray tech lady was super sweet, she didn’t even know who I was I was coughing behind a closed door and she open the door and offered me water. Everybody was great!

Such a warm and caring team. Great experience from the front desk to the nurses and assistants. Thank you for caring and never once making me feel like a number or cattled through the system. Just a super Great great team!

We came to the ER because she is pregnant with our first child, My fiancé an I showed up around 4:00. An we’re taking back very quickly. After they took all of our information that was no problem. After that we were told to wait in the patient waiting room for someone to come take us to get a ultrasound. That was almost 3 hours ago. When we asked a nurse if we can talk to someone she said”well when the other nurse comes back in they will take care of it”. Let me be honest the only nurses that have came in, came in to get other patients an they didn’t even bother to see if anyone else needed help. I hate the nurses here

The most painless and quickest PCR I’ve ever done! Thank you to Chloe at front desk. Dr. Robert and his team was amazing! I am traveling in December with all of my kids and will definitely come back to this location!

The staff are very rude! I was disrespected and my entire visit. The lady at the front desk was so nasty and rude. Her name was Jocelyn she works at the church street location. She was awful to me I will never go back. I spoke with the office manager he was rude as well would not even let me explain because she had already spoken with him. He took he side. I would NEVER Recommend this place it’s not a good hospital at all!!
