Dr. Terrell is an excellent doctor. He performed an excellent surgical procedure on me due to an accident I had and is giving me excellent aftercare. He not only cares about what he is treating you for , he cares about your overall health too. I highly recommend Dr. Terrell for your orthopedic needs.

You made decisions regarding health and procedures that had already been discussed and decided on that was not your place to make. You never looked at the chart, you never spoke with the patient, you never spoke with the family and you never spoke with the doctors who were involved in the initial decision. I'm not sure what gives you the authority to make decisions without having all of the facts. Your PA Jeremy Melton even informed me that you had not looked at the patients chart and did not know that she had fallen and had three fractures in her back. Because of your neglect she spent three weeks in rehab, two weeks in excruciating pain, extreme monetary costs
