My experience with Christy the PA was great! She was very thorough and sweet! Nurse Yasmine was absolutely amazing as well! I felt like I knew her for years. Very kind and patient!

My husband and I see Dr. Sharma we left to Ny for 5 years and came back to her again. She remembered us and picked up where we left off. Very thorough and did everything we needed for our transition back to the area. All the consults and medications prescribed without delay. Angela her CMA is pleasant and great as well. Very friendly. Their scheduling staff needs some adjustment, Josh in scheduling goes above and beyond if you are lucky enough to talk to him the rest are rude and care only about getting you off the phone. They could care less about you or when you need to be seen. As a retired nurse in the AU system I know what to expect and some of them in scheduling should be fired. Front desk staff is ok but could show a little compassion.. I’m still giving 5 stars because I like the service I get even if I have to advocate for my husband and myself.

I absolutely recommend Dr Broadwater. He is very kind, listened to the patient, it’s the first Doctor that has ask all the questions to build a medical history for new patient. 💯/ 💯 Now the staff… Big shout out to the CMA’s that were so kind in answering the questions that me and my mom had. Goodness I haven’t had this great treatment in other clinics, facilities! The only thing is the Front Desk (not the CMA’s) energy isn’t that welcoming. I thought it was just that day but I saw some reviews that experienced this as well… I still give 5 stars because most of the experience and staff were great! So, Thank you.

My experience with Christy, the PA. She Is the most compassionate person and provider I’ve ever met. She listened and took the time with me that was needed to determined a great health plan. This clinic is very fortunate to have her on staff. Every clinic should have a PA like her!

I needed to see a podiatrist. The appointment I made was canceled because I did not have a referral. I was forced to come into this office to get a referral for something obvious. It is a waste of my time, it is a waste of my money. My appointment was at 11:15 ,and it is now 11:50. I now have to wait an additional 5 weeks to receive a procedure that should not have been put off because the healthcare system cares more about extorting money out of us than they do about our safety and well-being. They told me that if I needed to I could go to the emergency room.... Pay attention to how the owner only responds to positive reviews

Ms. Christi/Pa is by far the rudest person I have ever been approached by in my entire life. My husband and I are both in complete disbelief at how she just treated me. I clearly made an appointment because I don’t feel well and I am scared. She came in the room with the worst attitude, and talked to me as if I was the dumbest person she has met. It’s her job to take care of people. My husband is driving me home in shock just staring because he feels so badly for me. I literally left that office in tears and felt as if I was bullied. I was referred to a cardiologist and my GP found me one. I go to my appointments, I have had some frightening issues, So the office made an appointment for me to see her. And I swear to you she should never be allowed to treat anyone with feelings. What a dehumanizing person.

Dr.Sherma is the worst primary care doctor I've ever encountered in my life. Her introduction is, " I can't give you any pain med prescription" literally the first words out of her mouth. Its bee almost a year and I'm still waiting on a referral to a specialist. Not to mention, she never fills the most basic prescriptions on time. Multiple calls and weeks later on meds that are not supposed to be stopped. Never returns calls or gives results. Basically just takes copays and gives you anxiety about if your going to get your meds refilled.

Seemingly lost my echo results. Had an echo done over a week ago. Tech was superb. However, my referring doctor has yet to receive a report. I spent over half an hour getting the run-around on the phone trying to get this resolved to no avail. Echo done one week ago, no report yet. No clue if a cardiologist has reviewed it, but if so the findings have not made their way back to my doctor and I am in the dark as to what, if anything serious, is impacting my heart. Very disappointed -and concerned.
