List of University Health Care System's Reviews
I came here for a rapid Corvid test and it took one hour to get out. Don’t recommend this place for the corvid testing.
Prompt, professional, and efficient. I appreciate being able to make an appt. online. Front office ladies, nurse, and doctor all were exceptional! Highly recommend.
My sick kiddo and I were in and out on a holiday. Staff was friendly and professional. The waiting room and examination rooms were impressively clean. Thank you prompt care for the care and compassion your staff showed today.
Other than the receptionist, staff was very rude. Nurse acted as if she hated her job and when I was seen by the dr she rudely questioned why I was even there when I had to come to make sure a wound wasn’t infected. Staff basically ignores you and makes no effort to try to be courteous, and when they do speak it’s a rude demeanor. I also felt like the care I received was not adequate. Will not be going to this urgent care again.
Staff is very rude. You feel as if you are bothering them. It’s a long wait even when there are barely any patients.
Friendly staff and prompt care . I recommend anyone if sick on the weekend ,to go here instead of waiting for Monday.
Female NP Ashley Yates rude and staff (startling abruptness) offensively impolite towards me. The doctor and nurses were acting like they hated there job. Unacceptable. They were not busy at ALL and waited 35 minutes in a room. Do not go to this site. Get tested or seen with your Primamry Doctor.
I had a great experience here. I am not someone who likes to go to the doctor, at all. Everyone at University Prompt Care was professional and I felt well taken care of.
I would like to say that the doctor who helped my family was insensitive and rude. He ask questions that I felt was out of line and stating things I found offensive. I have been treated my different doctors all for COVID-19 with no sass or judgementing comments, but the doctor I had today was very unprofessional. I understand the difference between suggestions and making snarky remarks. The doctor today separately judged each of my family members while we were in separate rooms for all possibly having COVID-19, and refusing to give me a COVID test because I had no symptoms, until my family argued for a while even though my father tested positive. My mother, my brother, and I had to be tested in three separate rooms for COVID-19. This I was ok with, but stating comments about how we should have driven separately from each other in a condescending voice was out of line. I also looked to see if my test results were up and they are not. I know that the results should take up to a day. My boyfriend went up there about 30 min after me with his family and got negative results before leaving the area (about an hour in the place same as my family). Did they really test us? He also stated his lady doctor was also rude like my male doctor. I think someone needs to come and be an undercover boss here, because I was not satisficed with my care.
Do NOT go to this place for COVID-19 test. The test was “free”, but we were charged for a doctor office visit and we specifically told them that we were there for just the test.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
