Absolutely amazing experience. From the ladies on the phones, to the receptionists, to the back office, and the doctor!Kudos though to the receptionist Keisha (spelling), she was so friendly and kind. We chat for at least 10 minutes about life and that alone eased my mind. My appt was for my anxiety and I left feeling much more at ease. Even the doctor was very knowledgeable on mental health concerns and made me feel ten times better than when I first came in. I definitely recommend Dr Hsu and ALL his staff! Thank you guys for a pleasant experience, because it has not been easy transitioning from CA to GA (medically wise).

We made my dad an appt with Dr. Hsu after my dad experienced vision loss and has been dealing with high BP. We were extremely concerned about my dad, and he finally agreed to go see a doctor. ( stubborn 😣) .They took my dad's BP at the doctor ( see attached) and was over 200/120. Dr. Hsu said he was not worried about it what so ever. Also said his vision loss had nothing to do with his high BP as well. Gave my dad a piece of paper to log his BP every day for 2 weeks and said to come back for a follow up in 2 weeks. Then sent him out the door.Scratching our heads at that, then made him an appt at the eye doctor. She stated my dad had blood behind both eyes, BP was 180 and she believed he had had a stroke. Long story short my sister ended up taking my dad to the ER, where it was confirmed he in fact did have a stroke.I do not believe that Dr. Hsu took my dads symptoms seriously, even tho walking into his office had emergency hypertension. He should of put him on BP medication along with any other meds he would need after getting blood results back- had they ever done blood work like they should of as well but did not. Obviously my dad will not be returning to this office for a follow up, nor would I recommend this Dr.

Dr Hsu is so wonderful, he made what was a scary situation for me understandable and much less worrisome. His advice was great and is helping me feel better. I will definitely be scheduling future appointments with him. Thank you, Dr Hsu!!!
