My first visit to Venture Medical will be my last. I had a horrible infection and called to get my bloodwork results at 3 on a Wednesday. Was told they were there but he had not checked them. Called back at 4:45, still had not checked them. Called back Thursday at 11 am. The lady at the front desk said he checked the results that morning and had called in an antibiotic. Nobody bothered to call me and tell me. Can’t leave message for “Team leader “ because mailbox is full. Won’t be going back!

My family and I are extremely glad we have made the decision choosing Dr. Ferdinand as our primary care physician. He is trustworthy, thorough, kind, caring and respectful. He takes his time listening then he begin to exam what could be the problem. I am proud to says he is the ABSOLUTE BEST as a doctor and EXCELLENT customer service every visit is good. The atmosphere is so peaceful you forget sometimes you are in a doctors office. The Staff is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for all you do!!!
