I thought covid testing was free, but it is not here if you don’t have the right insurance. I was told they do not accept Kaiser and to get a covid test, I would have to pay $200!!!! It’s a shame!!!
My Wife went to the clinic on 1-14-2021 because of a sore throat and drainage. She had an appointment set up for 11:30, and showed up early. The person running the clinic denied her service and told her she can’t be tested but offered her treatment anyway without confirming what her illness was. The reason the clinic couldn’t test her is because “She didnt have time in her day”. This place is Very unprofessional and unacceptable.
Visited the clinic for an illness. They took my insurance information and co-pay, and then billed my insurance company 3 times their clearly posted prices. After the insurance company paid their adjusted rates, I received a bill in the mail for the balance, which was $34 more than if I had paid cash on the day of the visit. They also administered the same Flu test twice due to their own error, and billed 3 times for each.Beware of this unethical and borderline fraudulent practice. Discuss self-pay options on the day of your visit. They will take your insurance information and lead you to believe it's your only option, without discussing with you that you'll actually pay more out of pocket later.
NP was very friendly and easy to talk to. My exam was quick in and out. They will take u even if you don’t have insurance.
HORRIBLE, DECEITFUL, FRAUDULENT Service. If you are trying to use health insurance with this location forget it. They will tell you to your face that they accept your plan, misdiagnose your condition, then bill you 3 months later (under a provider you did not see) for $300.00 saying it was out of network. When you try to reach out to customer service they will pass your call around to dozen people, none of who handle quick care.
I was assured I would be given an opportunity to make payment arrangements on my bill upon giving them a card to put on file, that's not the case. NO NOTICE WAS GIVEN BEFORE MY CARD WAS CHARGED. Terrible customer service!!
Designed for Self-pay patients! We made a visit to this location for urgent care as my wife had an upper respiratory infection. She was seen and given a prescription. I knew I would receive a bill, after insurance adjustments, because I have a high deductible plan. When I called to verify the $300 bill, before insurance adjustments, was correct, the nice service representative informed me these clinics are designed for self-pay patients. The purpose of my review is not to complain of poor service, although it wasn't worth $300, but to inform the consumer of the business model. Do your homework on the cost before you visit here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
