List of Patrick Kindregan's Reviews
I have never been treated so badly by any PCP. From the moment I walked in from the moment he left the exam room without a bye or a word (3 times without him coming back until I had to ask a nurse to get him to) I was treated with the worst bedside manner ever. I was demeaned and belittled. This man needs a lesson in empathy and simple manners. I will never return and know 2 other people who used to see him and no longer will return to him. If you want care and to be listened to...go some place else!
The provider and office staff are very impersonal. The Doctor and NP do not seem interested in listening to your complaints. When you ask questions they tend to talk down to you like a child. It feels like they just want you to get in and out so they can collect their money and move on to the next patient. Also their billing department is awful, they farm it out to an outside company. I ended up having to pay for a physical out of pocket, they were reimbursed by the insurance company almost immediately however almost two months later they have still not returned my payment. Also since I complained they have now started adding charges to previous bills that they said they had waived but now want me to pay. I would never recommend anyone go to this practice.

I have spent my life in healthcare as an RNC/OB-GYN NP, and as a provider and patient I have only seen a semblance of such theatrics and patient blame when the provider has fear that they or their staff will be held professionally responsible for an untoward patient outcome. It should have been, but was not, a typical routine 1st visit with this doctor, and had he actually listened to me instead of seeking only to blame, demean and hold court, we could have discussed my history/current physical findings, and yielded a potentionally positive outcome. That was not to be. I was repelled by his antics, his attitude, his incorrect assessments of all types and the prescribed course of action (which did not correct the problem and requires further care). I will not see him again unless he is civil, has composure, is professional and able to (with my input) simply piece together the pieces of the puzzle - and even then I feel great reluctance. Inexcusable experience.
He's a pleasant doctor but he just goes through the motions. Exams are brief, conditions not discussed, questions vaguely answered. Many parts of the annual Medicare exam are not done but listed as such in my records: mental functioning, hearing, etc.I've had the complete exam previously and know what's lacking in this office.
He is an excellent doctor!! He could relate to all of my issues!! He was empathetic and cared about my well being!!
Don’t go here unless to you plan to wait 45 minutes for your appointment (Dr. Kindregan) and then get blamed for asking why it took so long. Very uncaring, unsympathetic, arrogant practice.
Do not see this MD unless you are prepared to wait 45 minutes to be seen and then be blamed for asking why you had to wait so long. Very unsympathetic caregiver!
Very thorough and seems thoughtful about any issues I might have.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
